Made an appointment for 10 for a oil change and took 4 hours.

I purchased a 2020 buick encore 5/2/2021 it was delivered to my home the man that delivered it said he needed to make me copies at the dealership and would mail them to me that same day , i have never received any paperwork I called the sales person 3 times and the finance person twice still no paperwork I was promised an extended warranty now no one will cal me back the way this works is if I was treated well I might recommend Vans to others ? please explain I would like my copies of all paperwork

EXTREMLY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE I AM GOING THRU WITH VAN CHEVROLET IN SCOTTSDALE AZ. Very disappointed with how I was treated by the salesman. He was very pushy and wouldn’t let me leave until he got my deal. I like my car but it’s definitely not what I walked in wanting.

My review would've turned out good but was quickly turned bad due to the experience I had today. I initially was working with MJ who was polite and good to speak with. After some discussion with my wife it was decided we would wait a bit until the time was right. MJ was responsive and respectful. Had a vehicle less then 24hrs was told can return within 3 days only 65 miles drove and they don't want to honor it.

Total bait and switch Looked at a car online and price was $4988 contact salesman Austin Hrabe and was told out the door it would be $9366. When I questioned their being $4378 in tax title and fees was given the runaround. Reached out and spoke with a sales manager and was then told the price was $5888 plus $894 in fees. When I asked if I could get the car at the $4988 price was told that the True Car price of $5888 was right and that I would be spending close to $8000 out the door. Bait and switch and then bullying Found a truck online and contacted the dealership. I put in all my information online, including loan preapproval. Dealership set up an appt for a test drive. Get there, contact came out with no mask, didn't know about the appt but I have emails and appt info. She finds another sales person. We drive around the lots for 20 minutes looking for the truck in question. I had the vin and stock number. Then proceed to sit for 1 1/2 hours - this included them trying to re-take my information. Avoid the Incompetence My son asked me to co-sign a car loan for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. After a test drive he started the loan process and My credit recieved "4 Duplicate Hard Inquiries" over 2 days only to find out that the car was already sold. They dealership then tried to "switch" him to a less desireable vehicle and he walked. It is obvious the dealership went loan shopping" and it wasn't until several months later during the refinance of my home mortgage that I uncover the affects of their incompetence.
