Classic bait and switch dealer. Advertise a use vehicle at a good deal, send photos when requested, show up to see and somehow it was "sold just the day before, but we have this new one.... " Dont trust

Had recall for my avalanche . Made an appointment for 8:15 am. Marco Lucero handled my service and said it will be done early afternoon, 1-2, and he will call me. I never got a call, and i called at 4pm. Marco said they are finishing up paperwork and are washing it now and come on by and pick up. Five minutes later, Marco called me to say my truck is ready. Scott Daly sold me my truck then called me days later for thousands more $ he also sold me a 4 cylinder as a v6 he is a lier and a cheat do not trust this man!!

I made plans to meet the salesman at 9:00 in the morning after dropping my kids off at school. When I showed up he couldn’t find the keys. Then the sales manager came over and told me the Suburban was sold to someone 1st thing that morning and it was in the back getting ready for the new owner. I ended up walking through the service department with the salesman to try to find a new body style to look at because they didn’t have any on the lot. Purchased a used vehicle on 11/19/21. Paid cash and was told they needed to run their safety inspection on the vehicle and would have it ready for pick up by 11/29/21. Every time I would call for an update, I was passed around and finally given to a “manager”. He said my salesperson was with a customer and they would call me back. Texted salesperson in case it was easier for her to communicate that way and was told she would find out when I can pick up the car. This was at 430pm. My husband and I felt like we were victim of the bate-and-switch game. We were assured that a Suburban we wanted was available and they were going to hold it for us as we drove almost an hour to the dealership. Once we were there, Ron and another salesperson were in an argument and the F-bomb was dropped. Apparently, the Suburban was never for sale and Ron ordered for another customer and didn't put any sold sign on it. I dont know, I bought a 2021 Silverado from here and felt like I got totally ripped off. All these dealer options that they added on the price were not even put on the truck, such as the bedliner. The paperwork says I paid for it, but there sure as xxxx is WAS no bedliner installed. When I called about it the response was "oh, really? well if you come back to the dealership we can TALK about it." And for some reason Ahmed screwed up the paperwork and Mothership Chevrolet thinks I bought a SURBURBAN from them!?!? I am still g... read more

I was in for an oil change that took over 3 hours, then was told to schedule an appointment to have get my oil pan gasket replaced, I showed up for the appointment and was offered an Uber, yet my service service tech had told me that I would be provided with a vehicle since they needed my car for 3 days. I can not be without my vehicle for 3 days I have to work! Here it is October 13th and haven't heard back after several attempts to schedule again with a loaner vehicle.
