This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have purchased 39 cars and they will now make me cringe when I get the 40th. They don’t recondition the used cars, they don’t do the agreed upon work, the service department is a joke and overfilled the car with oil… twice! My navigation system doesn’t work since they last had the car.. worst part is the management won’t return phone calls or even emails. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

I was very disappointed with my post sale experience. I have had several things that are not working on my newly purchased used vehie.that should have been caught and disclosed prior to sale. No windshield washer tubing under the hood. Glove box literally broken off the dash panel (closed to appear like it was fine) dash power outlet not working, side view mirrors burnt out (couldn't see at all with them at night), no radio antenna. I purchased a vehicle through the Van Chevrolet internet process and had the vehicle delivered. The purchase was completed June 26, 2021. As of today, August 11, 2021 I have not received the documentation that I was promised would be sent within three days for this purchase. I have reached out to the finance department and the internet sales department on multiple occasions, and am still waiting. Dealership is well run and efficient everyone is polite and very helpful. I’m impressed by the dedicated employees thank you, T Crook, Gabe, and most of all Scott Daly.!!! Purchased an extended warranty on 05/07/21 it is now 07/16/21 and all I have received is a phot of receipt to Van's. I have left voice mail for Tyler Jackson and Samuel Maclean about not receiving my extended plan with no results. I even left a message for the general manager and requested a return phone call he did not respond. So they took the money and I have no extended warranty. I will contact the Arizona AG office to report fraud.

After receiving an email from the General Manager, asking me about my experience, I wrote the following email, and as expected, did not receive a response. “ My primary home is in Denver and my second home in the Phoenix area, where I keep my 2009 Audi A4 Cabriolet for use when I am there. Purchased a vehicle here on 6/18/21, called them the following Monday to let them know that my first name was spelled incorrectly on the bill of sale and my extended warranty (it was right in other documents so this was hard to catch). I was informed that they would leave a message for the person I worked with in finance, Brett, to give me a call back. After no phone calls, I emailed Brett on 6/24 - got no response. went to this dealership specifying 4x4 used PU. Led by the salesman to the first 2 both being 4x4, then a third which I bought. It was transported to another state and discovered NOT to be a 4x4! I immediately called 4 times and left 2 voice messages. No reply! Yesterday got ahold of the used car sales manager that told me "the PU is yours." We can find you another which will be more and may take some time. This is not good business or acceptable! I live on a ranch in NM.I have had several 4x4 PU's . Bad attitudes and even worse service. These people make you want to go home and swallow poison! Managers push for profit and to xxxx with the customer. They only have a 2 star rating, but I gave them zero stars. And this is generous. They stay in business by doing shady online sales gimmicks. If you value owning a vehicle dependably, then steer clear of this group and any of it's affiliates.
