Bad Customer Service/ disrespectfully First of all the “Sales Manager Vince Maldonado” yells in our face telling us “ We are frustrating and where is all our money!!!! He wanted to charge us off with $3000 a previous vehicle mind you we kept going back 8 times to resign contract for vehicle!!! Service Department Never Returns Calls I wanted to express in my frustration with Van Chevrolet. I recently purchased a new 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 through a different Chevrolet dealership and was not happy with the total service. Complete a**holes! We made an appointment to come in and purchase a vehicle. I arrived on time but they sold the vehicle that I was coming in to buy. Why make the appointment and waist my time? Then they tried to sell me something else. They looked at me like I had 3 heads when I wanted my keys and wanted to leave. Oh...they also offered the vehicle online for $32k and when I got there they tried to sell it to me for $48k. They said the online price is different from lot price.
Avoid Purchasing Car was not bad experience (however no bargain either) but after perfect payment history Vann could not help but incessantly harassing, for 6 months now, how I needed to purchase another vehicle. Typical Dealer BS Went in for an oil change. Thought that service included tire rotation. It did not. They had a manager special that included tire rotation fuel additive and alignment. When i went to check out i asked for documentation on alignment. He said that person was out today. I had to persist for a discount. Of course now i question whether balance of services were offered.
Van Chevrolet When Van Chevrolet sold me the vehicle I paid to have a larger wheels and tires replace the 17 inch ones that were on the vehicle. The wheels were to be 18 inch GMC wheels, and the tires were to be Michlien with mileage comparable to that on the vehicle ( 13832 miles) They, manager #2138, and sales personal Colby and Carter signed a document titled WE OWE EQUIPMENT TO BE ADDED. Bait and switch It was off to a great start. I could tell they were trying to get me the best deal possible. Could not agree on the deal so I walked away. Long story short, I was called back to make a deal on the car that I wanted. Only to find out it was sold when I got there. They couldn’t tell me before? Hmmmm. Then they had a newer model with a chip of paint missing from the hood and they wanted me to pay for it. I know everyone has different experiences but for me, this one was bad.
In some ways good some ways not I’m a veteran and came into Van Chevrolet to get a ‘newer’ car because my 2007 Trailblazer was beginning to cost lots in repairs. I told them I was on disability and could only afford a little more than 400 a month in payments. However the finance guy -Mike-pushed me into a new car stating it was easier to finance.
