The salesman Pablo that assisted with my purchase was pushy and did not ensure that I left the dealership confident about my purchase. Not only that but when I had to return the vehicle a week later, due to a change in the original terms and structure, I was advised by my salesman Pablo that the finance Dept would refund my $2000 down payment within the next 3-5 business days, they also provided a written agreement that i requested and signed stating that this would be done. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Tons of unethical practices - had to file a dealership complaint with my financial institution bc they were part of their “preferred” dealerships and that was they only way to get some sort of action taken... they continuously changed the numbers in the deal. No ethics , everybody lies at this dealership from top down Wouldn't honor internet price. Tried to purchase at advertised price. They changed price online and then agreed to sell at advertised price. Then they said the vehicle wasn.t avialable last minute as they never made the trade for the vehicle they listed for sale with VIN NUMBER and photos. Manager Brian exremely rude, salesman lie constantly and upper management doesnt correct it, they cover for it. Very shady business. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Contacted about a vehicle they had on Facebook... was told it was available and if I could look at it the next day.(This was going to be a cash deal). High pressure salesmen who ignored me completely I was in the market for a used Camaro or Corvette. I located about a dozen different vehicles located at 5-6 dealerships and proceeded to start looking with my husband. Our second stop was Van. We should have just kept going. The car is for me. Bait and switch Let me start by saying I came to this place to buy an advertised truck for cash, when I pulled up the kids that asked if he could help me lied right off the bat about the truck being sold already and he could help me get in a new vehicle. Deceptive practices. Does not follow thru. 6 weeks later the 'We Owe' list had not been done or followed up on. Was told we could cancel the deceptive add-ons that got tacked. Lies... Run don't walk away from this dealership
