Terrible experience I had no choice but to rate this dealership with one star just to start a review. This is going to lengthy BUT trust me everything is dead on point with this dealership so you will not be disappointed after reading the ENTIRE complaint. Complete Waste of Time Because I live in Tucson some 120 miles away, before driving up to Scottsdale, I contacted Van Chevrolet through the internet in a failed attempt to purchase a new 2019 Chevrolet Camaro Van Chevrolet had on their lot. Ron Daly I stopped in and met with Ron Daily with my mother in law to discuss my deceased father in laws active lease for a vehicle he purchased at van cheverolet. Ron couldn’t have been more pompous and condescending, he was responding to text messages while he talked to us and offered no suggestions for help. When I asked for the phone number to GE financial said we could look it up ourselves. Very disappointing.

HORIBLE SERVICE I Had a pretty good buying experience , it has been down hill after I drove off the lot. The Service Dept is absolutely HORRIBLE! Service advisor AJ just tries to sell everything and anything wether you need it or not. I spoke to assistant MGR Clint. I told him experiences like this is what gives dealerships a bad name. Clint just ripped me a NEW HOLE, said he didn't care if I was happy & he didn't need my business. I made many calls to the guy above Clint, to GM MATT they will not call me back. Total crooks! Don't trust anything they tell you! They lie about everything and manipulate the truth about your credit score, Anything to make extra money out of you and not paying off your tradein car just adding it into the new deal so you end up paying for 2 cars. Be very careful dealing with these Sharks!

Awful service I tried to order a part online from them that was $25. I gave them my VIN and they told me that was the incorrect part. Instead, I needed to order a part for $210. I figured they knew what they were talking about so I ordered it. We received the part after two weeks and realized it did not fit our vehicle. They agreed to take the part back, but did not help with shipping. I ended up paying $115 shipping both ways for an incorrect part that they told me to order. What a joke.

Very rude management! The GM, Smiley is extremely rude and treated me and a friend that I took in to buy a car so bad that I cried. They all knew my friend did not understand anything about buying a car and we had a time set for sat so we could take her son back to be with her. This was Thursday evening, closing time. The management had the salesman call my friend on Friday am, picked her up and went around me to put her in a car by herself. Customer service is a joke. I bought a vehicle on 12/24/2018. My wheels were exchanged with a chipped, missing material set of wheels. I was told that they would be exchanged, Wow, two months later and nothing. I have repeatedly left messages and e-mails with Arielle Winters ( customer service manager) and even sent Matt Cerreta ( GM) an e-mail. Arielle dances around the issue and Matt never responded (go figure). Van's wants to sell you a vehicle and that's about it. What a joke and disgrace to the automotive dealers in the... read more

Worst possible car buying experience!!!! Do not use this dealer, they are not transparent when providing loan info. They said I was co-signing, and it turns out, they were sticking me with the loan. THIS WAS NOT FOR A TRUCK I WAS PURCHASING. The bank they went with, sent us a decline, in the mail, I did not sign anything else.
