Service was done in about 1.5 hours. I would have given the visit a 5 if the discussion below did not occur. When I showed up Kurt's notes indicated oil change but I had requested battery change. I asked if he remembered talking to me 3 days prior. He did not. He said it was phone service and someone else referred to themselves as Kurt. This statement did not hold water. They tried to sell me on replacing my transmission oil. It's 6000 miles. My gauge in the car said it's 69% fine. I also didn't wash the car.
