I work with John Huber at Van Chevrolet. He gets me in & out in a timely way. If insurance is involved he always on top of it & thorough in handling it.

Service advisor, Phil Balano was very professional , informative and helpful. The service dept. diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road. Since this car is my family's only transportation, diagnosis required my car to be in the shop a couple of days. A shuttle service to home and back would have been helpful. But I understand that's not available anymore.

Van Cadillac. Just go there! No BS, no upselling, they honestly attempt to keep timeframes as close as business allow and a great team to back it. Waiting in Service for my Cadillac Service Rep (Jon) and twice was offered assistance from his fellow employees. And they do this while being nice...
