Service consultant always keeps you informed every step of the way. He gives you the price of each service before asking you if you wanted it done. He will make recommendations on what services need to be completed now verses what can what, giving you time to save some money to pay for the service in the future. It is one of the few places I do not feel taken advantage of.

Very professional from the minute we drove in the service department. Our service writer was John Huber and he treated us with respect and made communication first on the list. Van Chevrolet completed what they estimated was the problem in a timely fashion.
