Came in for a side-swipe dent repair on my car. Slight delay due to Christmas and New Years, and then hit with unexpected deductible but that is just my insurance, not their fault of course. Vehicle had low fuel but thankfully Tom assisted me in finding nearest gas station and showing me car features to fill the tank with included nozzle. Overall great customer service, Tom went above and beyond very nice employee and person!

I've now had several repairs done at Van--all handled by Gary Sullivan. These ranged from a full-on accident to weird, inexplicable dent to a smashed-off side mirror on Hondas and Mazdas. He provided exemplary service: communicated in a timely manner, charged us an excellent price, and delivered exactly on schedule. (Alayna was also quite helpful when he was unavailable.) I call him my "collision guy" now because I trust him--and Van--so much.

Great experience. Very communicative. Gary was wonderful to work with. Office staff are also very friendly and helpful. Completion time was extended a few days due to inability to save a part. I was informed ahead of time exactly why and how long it would take and car was ready on the new date. I researched a few garages before deciding on Van and the cost and time quoted was comparable if not a little better than the others.

Brandon at Vans was incredible to work with and kept me informed. I was really worried about the paint matching due to the little bits of metallic in the paint and the gray color. Turned out LIKE NEW. As a result, I came back to Vans to have parking lot damage the front quarter panel and door repaired on my truck. (No note left). Hoping this repair turns out as good as the last repair. Dave has kept me informed and the truck should be repaired this coming week...STAND By! Don A.

Staff was professional and courteous. I was updated thru the entire proces. Lots of attention to detail and quality. Took me in right away and the fix was just as fast. Highly recommended Thank you everyone at Van Collision!

If I could give Van Collision Center 6 stars, I would. Had someone hit the front of my 2019 Corvette and ended up needing parts & paint to the tune of 30k. 3 stage pearl and the match is dead on. My service advisor Pierre and all of the shop mechanics were great to work with. Glenn specifically went above and beyond with this expertise. This company is busy for a reason. Extremely helpful staff! Looked at my car within 5 minutes of arriving(no appointment). Front office staff was very nice and accommodating both when I called to inquire and when I arrived. Hopefully won't have to come here again but if I do I won't be disappointed.

Wow, I'm super impressed with the high lever of customer service from Van Collision. When I was told by another body shop that I could not get in for 30 days Van got me in the next week. They did an amazing job and kept me updated throughout the whole repair process.
