I needed some service and TLC with an inherited vehicle. Brian and team went above and beyond to help find solutions and a fair price on refreshing an older car. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
I have never been more impressed with a body shop before. I haven't had the best "luck" on the road and have dealt with several body shops in the Valley. Jim over at Van Collision is beyond professional. He actually CARES about the cars with a passion for paint and a job well done. The service here is incredible. Jim has to be one of the best in the business as far as customer service and overall integrity. We brought a car in to have some touch-up work done. Very pleased with my experience at Van Collision. They have friendly, professional staff. Jim Barberes took great care of my 2016 Jeep Rubicon. It is just a few month old, and I unfortunately scratched the left front fender. They matched the color perfectly. It looks as good as new!
I have had 4 different vehicles into this shop over the past few years and they fixed everything fast and professionally. Only one time was it due to a very minor collision where someone dented my driver door when backing up. The other three were for small ding and scratch removals. I have worked with Taylor on 3 occasions and he is very helpful with a great attitude. I have also used the Rental Car counter here for the insurance door repair and it was fast and easy.
My experience was great with Van's. They worked closely with my insurance company, their communication was great, their estimate was clear and concise and they were very professional. From getting the initial estimate to getting my repairs done, they were great. Their people are very professional and attentive and they keep you well informed during the repair process. I've had cars here for various repairs---my fault--other guy fault but the results are consistent. Appraisers are professional, front desk customer focused. Each time the car was ready as promised or earlier. My most recent repair was minor; but the same attention to detail was afforded. When I picked up car it was ready, freshly washed, tires had detail treatment. Additionally, they kept me updated on process via text. I highly recommend this shop for bodywork!
I brought my Toyota Sienna in after being rear-ended and having a lot of damage done to the back of the car. Brian the Director and George the Manager were a pleasure to work with and handled everything very professionally and went the extra mile to be sure the repairs were done right and I was happy.
