I was directed to Van as a result of the dealer scratching my new Dodge Ram 1500, so that being said, I did not pay for any services I received here. The drop off and rental car pickup process was very smooth and fast. Jim explained to me the process and was very kind. I was told it would take 2 days, at the most. I went to Van Collision and got an estimate for a new grill on my car. I received the estimate and said to go ahead with ordering the grill. I am paying this out of pocket, no insurance. Van's called and said the part was in....great news right....I took my car over to have the grill installed, gave my keys to Kyle who did the estimate and he said it would be an hour. This place is so expensive and so slow! They told me 4 days for my car and it was almost 10! Customer service is horrible!! Don't go here!!

do not rent from enterprise rent a car, on van collision property...scam artists...told them i did not want any extra insurance...got a bill for the extra insurance....a $25.00 up charge turned into $110.00 ...rip off ....could have rented a car cheaper thru costco across the street!! van did nice work on my car but under no circumstances should you rent a car from enterprise... your insurance only covers so much...buyer beware.....go to budget down the street, they will bring you a car.....

Lying, cheating, disgraceful, scam artists. After a car accident, our insurance rented a car through Enterprise. We were rear-ended in the rental car. Enterprise/insurance had us bring the car to Van Collision Center. A bit later, we received a bill from Van, which our insurance informed us was wrongfully sent to many other places as well. We were warned that this collision center is notoriously gross and that if anything further comes of it, to contact them. Unfortunately my experience mimicked 'Kevin D' from earlier in 2014. The service by "Jorge and Brian" was No Service. Always had to call to find out status and after 16 days of rental car service found out No Work had been done because "waiting for insurance" yet the 'insurance' was waiting for them. Finally upon showing up in person and getting no where with Brian spoke to a "Director" who had the tone of a tree for customer service who said he would resolve this and call me back when he had information. I have taken my car here before, and the work was top notch. I take my car here this time.... I was told my car would be down for a week, and by a week they meant 2. I had to call and see what the status was on my car, no one called me to let me know what was going on. I finally get my car back, repair looks good.
