I had a dent in the rear bumper with a little spot of paint damage. Had estimates from two nearby body repair shops. One was $900 and the other $600. In both cases, the estimate includes the complete removal of the bumper and repainting since it was (according to them) "impossible" to get to the dent. I took it to Van's and Logan (their estimator) and along with a body repairman heated the dent and pushed it out in less than 10 minutes. They touched up the paint chips and charged me nothing. The bumper looks like new.
My Jeep was broken into and purse, ID, wallet, everything stolen. Van Collision and Enterprise on-site made it suck less! Super nice and helpful. Shined her up real nice for us too :)
I would like to thank Bryan and the team at Van Collision. The service from start to finish is by far the best in the Valley. They ensure their customers are well informed with updates daily until completion. The repairs are guaranteed and well inspected with their customers upon pick up. If you want a stress free experience I highly suggest you look no further.
I recently took my X5 in to Van Collision and worked with Jason. He and everyone I spoke with there were more than helpful. The work done on my car was quick and it looks wonderful- I really appreciate their help. This was not the first time I have taken a vehicle here, I've always had great experiences and will continue to use them in the future!
Very impressed with Van Collision. Repair was reasonably priced, took half the amount of projected time and final price paid was less than the estimate! And, the repair work was excellent. Highly recommend this business - my experience was one of integrity, honesty and great customer service.
I had scuff damage from dinging the inside of my own garage and was referred to Van Collision by Pinnacle. I arrived right at 6:00 closing time and was greeted by Jay who was happy to look at the requirements and set up to come back next morning at my convenience. Repairs were made within a hour and at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this place and the service was excellent. As for smiles, there were plenty including mine.
It was a small repair, one necessary because of my own carelessness. It would be a small, out-of-pocket expense. Certainly no reason to expect people to go that extra mile. But, the folks at Van really put in the effort. Fast, neat, and reasonably priced repair. While I hope to never return to this business, I certainly will if I need another auto body repair. One thing, if I were planning to wait for the work to be done, I'd bring my own coffee and a comfortable pillow for those waiting room chairs.
My experience with this place started about two years ago when my insurance company sent me over. They fixed the car to the manufacturer-new condition within the time period I asked for. Lately, I found the rear window frame popped up and took the car to the dealer. My service guy didn't know how serious the problem was and whether the gaps would lead water to get inside of the car. I have had 13 vehicles repair over the course of 20 years and I have NEVER received a level of quality service as provided by Bryan Kern over at Vans Collision in Scottsdale.. with over $13k worth of damage to my new car I contemplated having my car shipped to Texas for repairs.
