AVOID! DO NOT GO HERE! Pierre fixed the cosmetic issues and didn't fix the majority of my concerns, major safety concerns with lots of noises coming from the steering wheel and windshield. The repairs took exactly 30 days with most of the communication being initiated by myself. When I came to pick up the car Pierre told me everything was fixed, handed me the keys, pointed to my car in the unlit parking lot and said bye. Quoted 3-5 days and my car was there 2 weeks for a minor repair . I was also not notified that it was ready and my car sat there for 4 additional days until I finally called. No apologies , treated with a condescending attitude. Not treated like a paying costumer for sure . We have been going here for years but this will be the last visit for sure. Avoid this place at all costs. Read and believe ALL negative reviews on this site and others. Don't waste your time with these people. They boldly lie and attempt to pull the "bate and switch" routine when you return after initial meeting. Dale Napier, the new manager of this location is not to be trusted. He called to inform me that promises made by Van would not be honored. Was rude and condescending. Also tried to collect my deductible up front. Really? Who does that? Dale Napier and Van Collision, that's who.
Horrible experience. Do NOT use them! They have no sense of urgency or desire to give you your car back. Took about a month. Any other body shop would be about a week, tops. Ridiculous! Unfriendly, uncaring staff. Never again!
Unfriendly employees and do not communicate or update status of vehicle. Brought our vehicle to be repaired and it was an awful experience. From the start I should have listened to my instincts and went the other way. Brought my vehicle in the early morning was told 3 hour timeframe; at 3:30 in the afternoon I called to get the status on my vehicle and was told "we have the wrong part"! Do NOT go here. They don't actually guarantee their work! I Read reviews and had my car taken here after a collision. They estimated 4-5 days for repairs. 3.5 weeks went by before we had our car again. The next day the check engine light came on. They basically told us they would have to charge us to work on the car at all and that it was unrelated. We went somewhere else and had it fixed (no idea if it was related because the dealership didn't know what all they worked on aside from the air conditioning unit). Fast forward... read more
Before knowing what I know now, I would have given this company 5 stars as everyone I worked with was friendly and professional and I was satisfied with the service I received. I brought my car in as it had some minor damage that needed to be repaired. As I said, I was happy with that repair and went on my way. Had my car taken here after being hit in a parking garage. The reviews looked good and I figured it would be in good hands considering the dealership that I bought my car from referred them. The paint and repair came out fine. The front left wheel had to be replaced. They replaced it, but the wheel was the exact right wheel for my car. It was the same style, but the finish of it was from a previous year model of my car that was slightly different. Easily the worst shop I've ever dealt with. Unfriendly customer service staff, didn't see a smile the entire time I was there, and was treated poorly. After spending thousands of dollars I should at least be greeted with a polite experience. Next time I'll be sure to pay the tow truck extra to tow it to a different location and I would suggest everyone do the same.
