Just picked up my Jeep from Vans. The work was done in a timely manner, car was returned in beautiful condition, including a detail. George, the service manager was very courteous and professional. The front desk staff were polite and kept me notified each day of the progress via text. The only reason I gave them a 4 star was that I was not responsible for the billing or insurance and have no information about their handling of those details. Great service and quality work! I have used these guys a lot and always had good work. Did a number of things to my 08 Tahoe including body work, bumper and paint. Turned out great!

Amazing experience at this location. My truck looks brand new, and was completed in the estimated time, at the estimated price. The staff I interacted with were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very convenient rental agency inside the building. Utterly seamless operation, will be my go to choice from now on!

I was very impressed with Van's Collision Center. The actual price of the repair was lower than the quote -when does that happen and I had gotten a quote from another auto body shop in the area which was about $300 more than Van's. The communication was excellent. I received a call each day updating me on the progress as well as email alerts as my car entered each stage of the process. ie. Your car is now in the paint shop. I have a warranty issue with my new Sierra EV. I initially got the run around from the service department, they dropped the ball coordinating with the collision shop. I went to the collision shop directly, they looked at the issues with the truck and took pictures, telling me they will get approval to fix the issues. 45 days later, no word from the collision center. I do not recommend Van collision, they are not trustworthy. Tom took an extremely long time to evaluate my son's car that ultimately was totaled in an accident that was not my son's fault. We specifically called the shop no less than three times to request that certain items be removed from the car before it was towed away and were promised that Van collision would set aside those items. I showed up to pick up the personal belongings and after waiting 1/2 hour, Tom told me they failed to remove the items and they were towed ... read more

The worst experience I have ever had to deal With. While my car there for repair it was broken into by an employee and the window rubbers were ruined. They replaced part of it but still not complete and they won't return my call. I've been back there 3 times and still not complete. I will never take a vehicle there again.

Brought in my daughters car for repair. Did the repair just fine but when we picked up he car my daughter noticed 2 chips in her windshield which then spread to a full crack on the 20 min drive to her work. Called Randy her advisor and he told us "tough luck, you should get windshield insurance" awful customer service.
