They have always us good and taken good care of our car. And they got us the exact car we wanted.

We bought a Subaru Outback today from Van. Angelica was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, transparent, and respectful of our wishes. The finance guy, Michael, was also extremely respectful of our wishes to not be oversold. We cannot say enough at this point. Since many of the reviews on here are service-related reviews, we will again post if there are any issues, but as of today, Van Subaru was great.
Van Subaru does a good job of paying attention to Forester, They let me know if additional work needs to be done or if everything is good.

I recently took my 2023 Subaru Ascent to Van Subaru due to a dead battery. They completed a drawdown check on the battery, confirmed that it had a bad cell and replaced it under warranty. Very satisfied with the service Rick Lindsey provided.
This was the third car I’ve bought from them…amazing experience everytime…I would highly recommend if your in the kc area
