Service Department I have had only excellent service from the department. They have been courteous and very helpful in what needs to be serviced at what time.

Lisa and Service Team ARE OUTSTANDING!! Unfortunately my timing belt in my Forester 2004 went. It could have been catastrophic. But fortunately the vehicle was in the garage when it went and was not driven. Called Lisa and explained the situation. She cleared space for her team to look at it that day! Called tow truck and it was towed to Van Subaru. At first glance we thought it was a total loss. I left it over night for her team to be able to look more carefully at it in the morning. Service for Indicator light I was extremely unsatisfied with the advice I got from the Servicing office. First I'll start with the good and why this isn't a 1 star rating. The appointment process was very straightforward. Preston was very friendly, nice, and patient. He had a good demeanor overall and I left with a good impression of his customer service skills and the professionalism of the service center. Now for why I'm not happy. Excellent Sales & Service The Sales team is accommodating, informative and friendly and worked with me for a couple weeks to give me a great deal on my 2010 Forester Limited. I've brought it in to be serviced one time since I purchased the vehicle and the Service staff could not have been more helpful - it turns out that the issue I was having with my car came from my insurance tracking device and they didn't even charge me for their time! Positive experience and friendly people! I can't thank Van Subaru enough for making the car buying experience for me and my family such positive one! Our specific needs for SUV were carefully heard and analyzed. No one tried to force us to purchase the higher end SUV model or the more expensive warranties or any such thing. The Allen's " 110% Positive Experience " We started out the new year by purchasing a 2015 Forester. We knew we wanted another Subaru, as we had already owned 6 of them. They are great all around vehicles, having won many safety awards. Everyone at this Dealership was friendly and helpful; all the way up to the General Manager, Joe Antal. They do the right thing. I had a problem with the OEM tires on my 2015 Subaru Forester. In my opinion, they were exhibiting poor traction in "lightly icy" road conditions. As a consequence, I did not feel safe driving the vehicle. Van Subaru replaced those OEM tires with a new set of highly rated All Season tires, at absolutely no cost to me. They only thing they asked me to do was to send an email to Subaru.com, informing the corporation that I had a "vehicle problem". It remains to be seen how well these new tires will gri... read more

Very Pleased I was very nervous about buying a new car for the first time by myself. I cannot say anything but good about this experience. I was especially pleased with how the General Manager Joe Antal worked with my salesman. I genuinely felt like they were trying to do the best they could for me.
