An amazing experience! I went to Van Subar look for a new car with no intention of buying another just yet. I read multiple not-so-glowing reviews of Van and I had my reservations... I couldn't have been met with the total opposite of what I've read. Easy to work with We had a very good experience at Van Subaru working with Vitalii. Price negotiation was done entirely through email. Vitalii was responsive, helpful and friendly. Love our new 2018 Outback and would recommend Vitalii to anyone looking for a Subaru.

Excellent service and more! My buying experience with Van Subaru in Kansas City was beyond my expectations. Ariel Frink, my salesperson, was friendly, knowledgeable of her product, patient with my unusual circumstances, and willing to reach out to other dealers to find the exact vehicle I wanted. Best customer service experience ever! Friendly and efficient staff, very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about their brand. Ted Leeper was an absolute pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier with my Outback! I was pleasantly surprised that Ted has continued to keep in touch even after the sale, this kind of customer service experience is rare! I would highly recommend this dealership!

The honest service center If you want honesty in service go see Preston at Van Subaru, or talk with Homer. They'll treat you well and do the right job. The mechanic will repair you car correctly.

Great experience! We are so pleased with our 2017 Outback from Van Subaru. The process was extremely easy, relaxed and no pressure. Our salesperson, Guy was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely check out Van Subaru before you buy somewhere else, you'll be glad you did.

Great purchase and service experience We purchased our Subaru Forester XT at Van in 2013. It was a pretty great experience and we have been extremely impressed with the service provided by them throughout the years. We are always met with a smile and know we will get great service!
