Johnny at Van Subaru was excellent. They had the car we wanted and we bought it with him. The process was easy and efficient. We were out of town when it came in and they allowed us to purchase it completely virtually so our son could pick it up. So convenient and simple. Johnny did not have the style of car we wanted at the dealership but he drove the same car and allowed us to sit in and look at his car so we would know. He even offered to let us test drive his car. Great service, easy process. And we LOVE the Legacy!
Fast courteous service. Dea was easy to talk to and work with. No high pressure.
Had a great experience at Van Subaru. My salesman, Johnny Wickwire, did a great job, not over bearing, give me all the answers I needed to make my choice in the right vehicle for me. When I arrived, he had things ready to roll, and made it a quick in and out experience. Highly recommend the dealership.

Consistent great experience Van Subaru has consistently been knowledgeable, professional, and honest over the years. They provide great service without trying to oversell unnecessary repairs. They are patient when we have questions and want a deeper understanding of what is going on with our car.

Great Start!! After experiencing no help on major repair in Olathe.....Van was quick to assist, and they were friendly and courteous!! Also, it did not take more than 1 business day to get in. Olathe takes days or weeks just to schedule oil change!! I have hope after many trips to Olathe that Van will find my issue.

Quick and Easy Called the dealership and negotiated a price on a new 2018 Outback. They didnt have the interior color I wanted and they worked to get me the car i wanted in just a couple days. Salesman Vitalii had the car pulled around ready when I arrived.
