I will make two payments already, and I don’t have a keys for the house. I can go in. because it is a lock in the door I don’t have a keys I don’t know how they gonna help me because I know when I get the keys they’re supposed to give me a list the two month I pay already

Communication was poor. I would send information or documents in and it would be a week or longer before I would hear from anyone that the documents wasn't received. I would have to call. I have talked to everyone in the office.

If I could give them 1000 zeros for poor customer service I would. You do not take somebody money and not make good on what a mobile home park does to a client you work with....bottom line. And furthermore race should not have played a part in they decision but it did and they be a liar if they said that it did not. I feel like all my money that went into that home was in vain. Our closing was very unpleasant and complicated, we are not in the city and we scheduled an appointment to sign papers, we are 16 hours away, we made the trip, we spent more than 300 dollars on gasoline, we signed and the next day they told us that a paper was wrong but that's it It was not our fault, it was your fault for lack of communication between you and the notary, so we had to make the trip again, spend more than 300 dollars to sign papers and hopefully this time everything is fine

Got at the title settlement and no one had the paperwork. Finally they found it. Was dated first of March. It is now April 6. We signed. Hope it will go smoother with next client

I recently sold a mobile home that I bought for my daughter. When they sent the proceeds from the sale of this home was sent it had the my wrong first name. I called and they said they would issue another check. It's been two weeks now with no check. They are not taking my calls or responding to my emails or voicemails. This is a dysfunctional company with very poor customer service. I would warn people to not use this company.for anything!!!!!
