Lilian in Customer Service was professional, patient and solved my problems. Those problems occurred because of your INCREDIBLY USER - UNFRIENDLY My Account website. If you can trace my review, give me a call. I'll be glad to tell you why your My Account website is among the worst in a host of USER-UNFRIENDLY interfaces out there in the world of commerce. Do you even care about customers' satisfaction? We owe you money. Why make it so difficult to pay you?

Our approval process only asked about our income, not our assets. The person who was verifying our eligibility was ignorant of the bridge loan concept and did not consider our equity in our old house as potential collateral for our loan. They were also condescending about our budget. I felt like trailer trash at one point. We are retired on fixed incomes, so we may not be typical customers, but we have excellent credit scores with assets. One good thing was that there was no early payment penalty. we are still not in our mobile, we have not even had a chance to see inside, do not know when it will be complete enough for us to look inside, let alone move into.

I was conditionally approved for my home loan on 05/24/2023. The first loan processer was great and I was near to closing, but she was fired. Afterwards I was was told I would be closing every week for over a month, until I finally closed on 08/21/2023. I told everyone that I had to be out of the my apartment bye the end of July, August 07 at the latest. But no one cared. This was the most stressful experience I have ever had with a loan company. Going forward I hope I will have a better experience

It was impossible to get ahold of anyone. Why is everyone out of office at 2pm on a Friday? The only person I worked with that felt like they at least tried to communicate was Debra Chubs. The process took so unnecessarily long. When they needed to contact the title company they waited to two weeks for a response, during those two weeks I called almost everyday to check on everything. If I could give no starts I would. We cannot access our account. We have called and called with no resolution. We keep getting told it is an IT issue, but no one is helping us. Could you please act professionally and handle this?
