Can’t log in to account and nobody can seem to help. Been this way for over a year.
The whole loan process and the website is absolutely horrible!!
They were slow in getting our closing papers by 2 days. Due to their terms, they had to re-pull our credit. In turn, they raised the interest rate .25% which was a $30,000 increase in our total payback to the company. Beware of this. I feel this is a way they lure people in and then make an extra profit from them.
Very rude customer service
Would not even give this company a 1 star review if it didn't require me to. They are all about money and don't care at all about your personal needs. Their employees give false advice and then the managers say it's a learning experience for everyone.
I have had the worst experience. Would not recommend.
Terrible website. It has been over a month since my mortgage has been paid off and there are no documents with a breakdown of what has been paid. I emailed asking for these documents and got a link that takes me to sign in and takes me to the home page. There is no available information anywhere.
We were approved but once it came time for them to give us the money, they backed out.
I tried to go in, as a gift, and pay a mortgage for someone, and Vanderbilt would not allow it without that persons permission. I was utterly shocked. I have done this with several other mortgage companies to pay a payment for another individual or help them get caught up, while remaining anonymous, but this company will not allow it. This should be on the homepage so that everyone knows that random acts of kindness are not welcome at this business.
