Vanderbilt mortgage is the best company ever. I have a new loan with them. I had a medical emergency that came up. They went above and beyond my request for help. I will not use any other mortgage companies except for Vanderbilt mortgage. 🙂
We are very pleased with the way Vanderbilt handled our mortgage from applying to finally getting into our home. No hassle. No lies. Just professional service from day one. Payments are automated so I have no worries about it being late. Highly recommend!!!
I do not recommend working with this company at all. They screw you over with a high interest loan and you end up paying double what your home is worth. Be careful if you ever experience financial difficulty more than once in your life. They will threaten you, accuse you of lying, make you feel like a worthless human being, and then put impossible requirements on you so they can take your home. They even threatened to seize land that wasn't even used as collateral on their stupid loan. Run the other way!
Called and asked questions before even starting the applications and was told one thing then get called and told another basically changing answers to all the questions I asked before filling out the application. Said thanks for their time and hung up. Not worth it.

Had a pretty crappy experience overall. Basically a predatory company that gives out home loans at 10% APR, meaning that $900 of my monthly $1200 mortgage payment is going towards interest alone. I can't wait to build my credit up with this mortgage to refinance through someone else. Sure I took the loan, but I was facing homelessness with my wife, 3 kids (one disabled) and 2 elderly grandparents.
I was very disappointed & aggravated at how long it took for them to actually read though the documents I sent them. I had sent them the correct forms WEEKS prior but I kept getting told that they didn't have the proper forms from me. I KNEW I DID! I could've closed a couple of months earlier if they'd just taken the time to look through my forms when I first sent them. It has definitely not been a pleasant experience me at all. Im not happy about it at all! 🙄🤐☹️
I will make two payments already, and I don’t have a keys for the house. I can go in. because it is a lock in the door I don’t have a keys I don’t know how they gonna help me because I know when I get the keys they’re supposed to give me a list the two month I pay already
The sorriest company I have ever dealt wit . I would not recommend u all to a dog
