All we have had is problems with Vanderbilt they do not help you if you run into health problems and they want modify your loan if you lose part of your income. I have had both and all they will do is move your missed payments to the back of the loan but if you lose part of your income that is the amount of your house loan they refuse to modify the loan and use an excuse to tell you how to spend your money for each month. They do not refinance at all so beware of using them because heaven forbid you have problems of any kind... read more
If I could give them a negative number for a rating I would. Communication is completely lacking in your Liam process, to many people and no one knows what’s going on. The length of time is absurd to close a loan. This has been the worst experience ever buying a home.
