Wasted 3 hours today round trip to dealership. Lured in by Jason who urged me to visit after I made an inquiry on line, he offered a ballpark payment which ended up being $200 more when he handed me off to someone else. All the same figures I reviewed with Jason by phone. I waited a good while to see him, a brief handshake would have been appreciated. though he didn’t have the courtesy to do so. Very disappointing!
Run Away!! Refused to help Bought a vehicle on a Saturday night. The clutch broke Wednesday morning and they are refusing to help at all with the cost of repair. Not a company I would do business with. Run and run fast.
Sales Associate "Great" - " Everything else was typical" The Sales Professional that I worked with, Eric Fuentes, was very friendly, helpful and professional.He went above and beyond for me. These further comments are no reflection on Eric but the management above him and finance team did not impress me. Poor score for buyer time I am not happy with the experience I had here. The salesperson Benny and saidi were wonderful. However when people agree on a price and then they change it you walk away. They then called back and a manager offered me $41,000 out the door. 3 days later they changed their mind and out it to $42,500. I will not be doing business here. I have bought my last 5 cars from the same dealership and salesperson in Oregon and now I was looking for one in Texas. I will look elsewhere now.
Contract problems, 6 hrs haggling time. Finance paperwork had to be fixed twice to reflect agreed upon price and remove bogus charges. Frustrating! Amanda was personable and got me the vehicle.
2019 Acura RDX - Turned out to be a piece of crap- Service 2 My wife bought this car a couple of months ago, ~$50K, and she started having a noise coming from the a/c system, so she reported the issue- this was a problem because the dealer was reluctant to address the problem that couldn’t be “replicated:”. No follow through I am providing an update to my review. While my initial sales experience was positive but my follow up experience has left a lot to be desired. At my initial purchase I did not receive the second key or an owner's manual. We also had a small rattle in the roof that needed to be looked at by service. Think twice! So I strongly encourage anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from this dealership to look anywhere else. They showed me an incorrect car fax and when I got the vehicle to another dealership they said it was involved in more than one "fender bender" and had structural damage. Vandergriff Acura acted all surprised and said they had their service shop do a thorough inspection.
