Never again This is by far the worst dealership in the country. They can't follow through with promises and try to ignore you and screw you every chance they get. If your buying a car from them don't let them promise you anything that is needed and not with the car at that moment (i.e. Touch up paint, second key) you with have to fight tooth and nail to get anything from them even with a receipt showing they owe it to you. I don't know how this place is still in business!!!!!!
Lack of professionalism Courteous to sale. After the sale, they don't care about their customers. BAD experience, LIARS!! They don't honor their promises. I am very disappointed with the treatment I received. Worst Experience Ever very disappointed with the overall service we received. Scott was the rudest sales person I've encountered. How do you expect to sell when you treat people as if they were ignorant. They took advantage of a young 20 year old trying to purchase her 1st car. To top it off they took a trade in car that was not in her name and when I went to get the car they had already taken the plates away! Never again will we do business with these people or dealership. Not what I expected After reading countless reviews online before making the hour-long drive, I've had continuous issues with my car that it makes me regret buying it in the first place. 2 weeks after my purchase, I went back to get a tire balance, as my TLX would vibrate on and off the highway. 24 hours of delight and Weeks of frustration There is no zero star that stands for "We have been robbed." Vandergriff likes to play games. I drove two hours to look at an Acura TSX I saw advertised online. The car was nice, and I decided to begin negotiations on the car. This is where the story went sour... the advertised price was one figure online, but when it came time to purchase the car, they had added twenty-five hundred dollars of "options" to the car. Worst Experience I had while buying a Car Worst Customer Service, they treat the customer as Garbage. The manager (Robert Fugate) don't treat customer as people and even told me that he is the best Car Salesman in whole DFW Area, which is totally xxxxxxxx. I have asked my friends and family to keep away from Vandergriff Acura. They sell damaged car and blame you for the damage. I had a horrible experience with them. punishing your customer for disagreeing? I bought a certified 2016 Acura MDX with tech package. Before I went there to pick up the car, I did some research about the transmission. There is a TSB 15-054 to solve hesitation issue. I asked the dealer to have the TSB performed. It was not done. After I got the car, I called next week and scheduled to have this done at 12:00 noon.
