I was very pleased with the service provided. Hayley was very polite and professional. She explained the work that was going to be performed and was very accurate about how long the repair would take. When I asked her about a letter I had received from Acura about a possible issue with the torque converter on my car, she knew exactly what I was talking about. She didn't have to look it up on her computer.
We stayed at the dealership for four hours and we had bank financing in place. We saw need for us to be at the dealership for that period of time. The finance manager seem to have and attitude for no reason.
