While some individuals were courteous, the dealership was not in communication with each department, their vendor or me at all. Unimpressed with follow up or treatment of a first time customer buying a 46k automobile. There was no urgency despite having my car for two weeks to repair it, when I had it only one week.

the work was great BUT the guy that washes and detail your car SUCK!!! every time i take my car to goet it wash there is always something not done

Dealer Price was to high On the Toyota Tacoma, as it had lots of damage for the asking price Tried to negotiate a better price with no luck, so I bought another truck elsewhere.

It was ok . We drove 2 hrs and the car they would not come down 1 penny but only offered 3,000 for my infinity. So we look few more and drove 3 hrs in traffic for nothing Would not go back

Steven the Service manager wanted to jack up the price for the passenger side mirror of my Lexus and make me pay $300 of the $800. It didnt need it but only a screw tightened. Even his GM questioned his decision. I told him I wasnt paying for it since I only had the car for about a month. After complaining to supervisors they paid for a new mirror. But I dont trust Steven to touch my car.

$30+ to rotate tires is a ripoff. And needing new wiper inserts when the vehicle is less than a year old is a pretty poor indicator of Acura quality. Asked them to find the source of a recurring popping sound in the frame and the vehicle occasionally braking for no reason and, of course, they "couldn't reproduce the problems". Not very helpful!

The rental drop-off and pick-up of my TL left plenty to be desired. Multiple staff was in the service drop-off area; however, no one approached the vehicle to inquire about the nature of my business. None of your the staff acknowledged our arrival. I had to ask for a service technician to explain my MPI. When my wife attempted to return the rental car keys, the young lady at the podium refused to acknowledge, accept, or even make eye contact with my wife.
