Took my car in three times before they accurately diagnosed problem. But they constantly suggested other recommended repairs, even though they couldnt get the original repair correct

Service advisors need to be better educated. Tried selling me a service that they already provide in their normal vehicle review. I was told my car needed to be serviced for things that didnt even show as needing service when they performed a diagnostic review. I had a coupon for service and the representative told me to use the coupon that gave me the least amount of discount. I miss working with Michael Garcia. He was great and always pleasant and informative when explaining vehicle concerns.

Was not kept up on status of vehicle and service advisor did not know his mechanic was working or off.

I wish that I could give them zero stars. The service manager is very helpful. The sales team does not follow-up or flow through on promises. The general manager (Jimmy Le) is rude and arrogant. I will never give them my business again.

My experience with this latest repair (AC not blowing cold air) was below my expectations. I called early on 12/16 and scheduled a 3:00 pm appointment. I was greeted promptly by Jimmy who took my early morning call. I sat in the customer waiting room for about 45 minutes and decided to ask Jimmy for an update. Did not fix what needed fixing after I spent 7 hours at the shop
They weren't able to identify the problem with my car, and I got charged for the inspection and then for some work that didn't even solve my issue. They wanted to do further and more costly inspections which I don't believe had to do with the initial issue in my car. I felt they weren't being honest and trying to take advantage since I am a women and English isn't my first language. Never again.
High pressure sales tactics. Quote a price online and then tried to add $4,000 + on to the quoted price for make ready. After much haggling and 3 sales people later they delivered my car with no spare key and no jack equipment. When I called about it they told me it wasnt their problem. This is my first and last dealing with Vandergriff. People like this are the reason car salesman get a bad rap.
