The problem with the check engine light going on returned a few days after I had the car serviced at Vandergriff Acura. My service advisor was great but after waiting five hours at the dealership for my car, the problem was not resolved.

They fix my cv axle without charge, however there is still a clicking noise when i put it in reverse and then back in drive. Still needs to be looked at to see if the new cv axle was installed properly...

Was told by the dealership that I would be given a silver waranty agreement for coverage to service my vehicle inspite of adjusting to overall payment on my vehicle contract to lower payments but was never adjusted to still receiving the silver and still got the bronze. Did not check cv axles like asked by me from previous work done back on 6-22-21 to see if they has play in due to being told by another shop prior to bringing car back to the dealership this weekend.

Waiting 3 hours for a 5 minutes work. Finally the vehicle came out I realize they never fix the problem so the advisor has to take it back to the shop it took them 5 minutes to get it installed. I was very disappointed with their service. Most like wont get service there anymore.

Took mine In for paint protection re-application. Tire pressure monitor came on, on the way, so asked for that to be checked too. Waited all day for a call for it to be done finally called around 4 and was told it was ready. Picked it up and they never checked the tire pressure so, not a big deal added air myself. The main issue was the loaner car, was filthy, in need of service (at 5%) and the fuel gauge didnt work properly. No wait with appointment. Minimal effort to sell me extra service I didn't want or need. But $180 to flush and fill brake fluid is ridiculous.

On July 20th I dropped my 2010 Acura TL off at 7:30 a.m. for an A14 routine maintenance which included replacing the spark plugs and completing a valve adjustment along with a state inspection. I was told the spark plugs and valve adjustment would take at least 4 hours. They shuttled me home. At 1:30 p.m. I contacted the service advisor asking when the car would be ready.
