I received a call from Mark Sessions that changed my perspective. Mark called to inform me that there was a mistake on the deal and the price was lower than it should have been. And because of this Vandergriff wouldn't honor the painting of the brake calipers red even though I signed a document awarding me the service. As a customer my expectations are your staff and approval process is in place to prevent any pricing mistake and be corrected before an agreement is presented and signed

Unprofessional, unorganized, people just walking past like u a nobody (salesman) service people are very, very professional!!! Very genuine takes pride in their job! Love the service! Front desk (young lady) Unprofessional. Haven't had contact with sales personnel since I purchased the vehicle! Would I recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership (properly not)

We had to wait a long time for this service. No loaner cars were available, so it was a long day of waiting.

My VSA light keeps coming on even after I've paid for the repair and their telling me it's something else wrong.. Very poor service. I'd like to have my money back for no service work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ive been going to this place for years, and I have spent thousands of dollars with them. I took my car in for a detail service on March 2nd and they damaged my vehicle. I have a hole in my front seat, which has taken an act of Congress for them to admit fault, but here we are almost 1 month later, and it still hasnt been fixed. It took 2 hours for a oil change pretty slow
