I have another new advisor. I had received a mailer but forgot to bring it. Being on a tighter budget than normal I asked if he had coupons and he told me there were none. After going over what was needed I received an estimate for the needed items with notation of plus tax and I approved it. When I picked up vehicle it was over 80 more. This was due to a service fee that was not mentioned. I refused to accept that and he did adjust the fee to $30. They never found the answer to my car issue. They ran. Diagnostic , Came back with a list of repairs. Following day I took my car to a local car specialist at a another shop. They too ran a diagnostic and issues with my car.
