This visit experience was definitely less that par. Seems personnel was eager to depart due to nearing closing time and did not provide even mediocre service, although an appointment was schedule and this was not a walk-in. There was no Team Member providing inspection results, or even an MPI at that until asked.

Outdated environment, wallpaper hanging off the walls, noisy lounge that was right next to the service advisor desks. I was also the ONLY person in the service drive waiting to be helped and stood by my car for 10 minutes while the advisors just stood there and looked at me. Finally someone came out and asked if I had been helped. Felt like I was in a tote the note lot honestly by the environment. I expected MUCH more from an Acura and Vandergriff dealer.

I first went to this dealership to have a key made, & it's almost a two hour drive from where I live, I arrived at 3 mins before 6 p.m. and was informed that it was too late to have it done. I thought that was not very good customer service cuz it would have only taken them 10 mins to do it. I had to drive up again & when I arrived they couldn't find my paper work cuz they had filed it under my insurance agents name instead of mine. I complained about the lack of service, & was given a free oil change
