Did not fix what needed fixing after I spent 7 hours at the shop
They weren't able to identify the problem with my car, and I got charged for the inspection and then for some work that didn't even solve my issue. They wanted to do further and more costly inspections which I don't believe had to do with the initial issue in my car. I felt they weren't being honest and trying to take advantage since I am a women and English isn't my first language. Never again.
High pressure sales tactics. Quote a price online and then tried to add $4,000 + on to the quoted price for make ready. After much haggling and 3 sales people later they delivered my car with no spare key and no jack equipment. When I called about it they told me it wasnt their problem. This is my first and last dealing with Vandergriff. People like this are the reason car salesman get a bad rap.
The staff was friendly. I gave them my van for two problems. They fixed the transmission issue. But the Check Engine warning indicator is still On. They did not fix this problem. They told me to bring my van to a Chrysler dealer to fix this problem. I am not happy about this.
1. Misleading car detail information 2. Lack of follow up 3. No responsive Management team 4. Reported incorrect milage 5. Used Acura Certified Status as bargaining method - should have been a red flag
Horrible! After spending $47,000 DO NOT expect ANY customer service. Do not buy from this place unless customer service is not a factor when choosing a dealership
Avoid this service center unless you have more money than common sense. They over charge for everything. $424 to replace spark plugs.
Manager very rude and arrogant, would not recommend. Only because I purchased the vehicle there is why I'm continuing to proceed.
The car okay but my car has problem you didn't tell it was hit. And It don't run good lot of problems. Just not satisfied
