Steven the Service manager wanted to jack up the price for the passenger side mirror of my Lexus and make me pay $300 of the $800. It didnt need it but only a screw tightened. Even his GM questioned his decision. I told him I wasnt paying for it since I only had the car for about a month. After complaining to supervisors they paid for a new mirror. But I dont trust Steven to touch my car.

$30+ to rotate tires is a ripoff. And needing new wiper inserts when the vehicle is less than a year old is a pretty poor indicator of Acura quality. Asked them to find the source of a recurring popping sound in the frame and the vehicle occasionally braking for no reason and, of course, they "couldn't reproduce the problems". Not very helpful!

The rental drop-off and pick-up of my TL left plenty to be desired. Multiple staff was in the service drop-off area; however, no one approached the vehicle to inquire about the nature of my business. None of your the staff acknowledged our arrival. I had to ask for a service technician to explain my MPI. When my wife attempted to return the rental car keys, the young lady at the podium refused to acknowledge, accept, or even make eye contact with my wife.
Lots of available options to choose from regarding inventory. Picked to vehicle of our choice which we love but they were very deceptive in adding fees on top of negotiated price for the car. Still in process of remediation of promises made by dealer. Not the best customer service experience
do not buy a car from Vandergriff they will add over 4k of worthless options that you don't need or you can get a lot cheaper like 400 for window tint 2500 for clearcoat and lots of other stuff you don't need in order to add to there bottom line.
typical dealer, wanted to seek me repairs that were not needed totaling more then the value of the car! but did replace recalled airbag in a timely matter.
Title Inspection was NOT completed. Was told to bring my vehicle back after dealership had my car for 7 days. Also did not address all requests and concerns that I communicated when dropping the vehicle off.
