Took mine In for paint protection re-application. Tire pressure monitor came on, on the way, so asked for that to be checked too. Waited all day for a call for it to be done finally called around 4 and was told it was ready. Picked it up and they never checked the tire pressure so, not a big deal added air myself. The main issue was the loaner car, was filthy, in need of service (at 5%) and the fuel gauge didnt work properly. No wait with appointment. Minimal effort to sell me extra service I didn't want or need. But $180 to flush and fill brake fluid is ridiculous.

On July 20th I dropped my 2010 Acura TL off at 7:30 a.m. for an A14 routine maintenance which included replacing the spark plugs and completing a valve adjustment along with a state inspection. I was told the spark plugs and valve adjustment would take at least 4 hours. They shuttled me home. At 1:30 p.m. I contacted the service advisor asking when the car would be ready. While some individuals were courteous, the dealership was not in communication with each department, their vendor or me at all. Unimpressed with follow up or treatment of a first time customer buying a 46k automobile. There was no urgency despite having my car for two weeks to repair it, when I had it only one week.

Dealer Price was to high On the Toyota Tacoma, as it had lots of damage for the asking price Tried to negotiate a better price with no luck, so I bought another truck elsewhere.

It was ok . We drove 2 hrs and the car they would not come down 1 penny but only offered 3,000 for my infinity. So we look few more and drove 3 hrs in traffic for nothing Would not go back
