Service, from receiving vehicle to paying for it was great. M service advisor was very courteous and keep me up to date through the whole process.
Had a screw in my left rear tire. My service advisor, Taylor Jones suggested it was best to replace the tire, balance and align. Tires had dry rot so all tires were replaced. There was a slight vibration when I drove the car for the first time. Taylor asked me to bring the car back right away. He drove it, had all tires inspected and rebalanced. He went the extra mile to ensure there were no issues and the car was safe.
Service department was excellent, and courteous.
Great experience. The staff knew what they were doing and got me in and out quickly with a new car!

It was a factory defect and I there was no charge.
Veron listen to my concern and fit everything that need to be fits. I do not take my car to any one but Vandergriff Acura house they alway treat me excellent. I never had any problem.
