I really liked working with Daniel. He was very nice and went out of his way to make me happy. I do think the process could have been faster since I paid cash. I was in a hurry and also did not feel my best on the evening I came in. I feel like once I picked my car, the rest of the transaction could have been done over the phone. However, overall the experience was very good thanks to Daniel.

I've purchased three vehicles from Vandergriff Acura, and from sales to service it has always been an exceptional visit! Service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. The phone representatives are welcoming and convenient, the cashiers are more than accommodating when it comes to loaners, and the service manager is hands on with everything. All around great atmosphere!

I had a coupon that was not applied that was given beforehand and I couldn't get anyone to do anything about it. Only $10 but the principle of the thing. Very disappointed in my tech's arguing.
