Everything went smoothly. As soon as I arrived, the attendant took my car in for service. The mechanics kept my car clean, and I only had to wait for 35 minutes. Mr. Jones, the service consultant, explained everything in detail. I was very happy with the service.

I took my Acura MDX in for 2 recalls. They did the recalls and a couple of other services and gave me a courtesy vehicle to drive. My car was there overnight and was ready the next morning clean and on time. Veron was very professional. The services were priced higher than I would normally pay but the convenience of getting them done while it was already being worked on was worth my time.

Service was amazing. George is the best. Several hundred dollars less than another local Acura dealer. The loaner was great. Made me feel like a VIP!
Cameron valued my time. I had an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, they were backed up over 35 minutes, which was gonna cause me to miss my eye doctor appointment. Cameron was able to get a loaner car for me to use so I didn't miss my appointment.
Great service took a little longer than I would like to sign the paperwork but all in all definitely will buy another car from Austin..
