I like my advisor, Guy! He is honest and easy to talk to. He listens to your concerns and addresses each one. No one was able to locate a part that should have been ordered by my previous advisor and it was quite frustrating. On my 800th call and hold Guy answered and found the part, set up the appointment and took care of my vehicle. Thats customer service!
