Found spill coffee on motor .the coffee was not on the motor before the oil changed ..because I don't let the hood up for nothing.

Where to start? First, the service agent stated that he was a former Marine such as myself. Yet everything I questioned him about, car service, turned out to be a lie. Seems it's all about how much money he can get out of a customer and not building a relationship and future return business. No wonder our country's in the mess it's in.

This service inspection was only a recall. Vehicle was never moved from where I parked it. Recall was for unintended ignition rotation. Only maintenance performed was on the key.

Took over a hour to pick up vehicle. Service Advisor handed me off to another, but did not introduce or anything. Very disappointing to get such poor service on first impression. Will not visit here again.

arrived at 11am, was told that it would take 1 and an a half hours. at 1230 hrs. I went outside and my car was still setting in line, it had not been touched. I went inside and told the cashier about it and that I was going to take my car and leave. she called someone and my car was immediately put in the garage. it still took them another one and half hours. I think that three hours for an oil change is too long. especially when I was told differently
