Class act. However I'm very disappointed with this dealership not acknowledging military with discounts.
They left my car filthy when I received it back. Had grease on the steering wheel and the shifter and spilled oil on the motor causing it to stink. Not very professional for being a dealership. Probably will take it to a different dealership next time.
Very Disappointed about the overall experience purchasing my 2022 Tahoe RST. I do not recommend purchasing from this dealer. Go to a different Chevrolet dealer and get better price, service and dealer-installed options. Bill of sale does not show dealer-installed options and can not get dealer to provide written confirmation. Miscommunication and failure to follow-up on deal credit with director of customer satisfaction.
Disappointed with service department. 10 minutes until I was even greeted when I showed up for my scheduled appointment, then an hour and a half to wait for what was supposed to be an oil change and tire rotation. They changed the oil, but did not rotate tires or inflate to my requested psi. Better service and speed out of Valvoline local oil change shop.
1. you guys kept my car for 1-1/2 weeks. this happens every time I bring it in for service. 2. the repair was not complete the first time. I drove it away and within 30 minutes the alarms on the dash went off again, so i brought it back in. 3. after another diagnosis by the service tech, I was told that other parts 'broke' after i drove it off and it would be more money to get those parts replaced. 4. then i get a call from the service advisor telling me that she forgot to tell me some additional work would be needed on top ... read more

Each week I call ghey seem to not know what issue i am addressing and insist on getting back with me. They have not. Will a decision maker get me a. Rod Tiller flat out lied to us and we drove all the way out there from McKinney only to be told the car wasn’t available even though we were told it was the day before. Then we we got to the dealership today, Adolfo lied to our face saying the dealership was closed on Friday then a minute later said the car sold on Friday. When caught in that lie he tried to back pedal and continued to lie to our face. I would highly recommend any other Chevy dealer than this crappy organization.
Internet sales is horrible, no communication, and beware of hidden fees!! No quick response, takes days to get back with you
Get ready for sticker shock. This dealer adds $3000 to the sticker price and will not remove it. Wanted to buy new truck and when asked why the $3000 was added, I was told it was a package that’s added to all there vehicles. I told them I didn’t need it, I was told it could not be removed. So I’m in the process of buying a new truck from another dealer!
