Mike is the most genuine, professional, trustworthy car person. He communicates at a personal level, and he always have my car as promised. When I pulled my car in at 7 am, he was there to greet me with a smile. He never try to find things wrong with my car and try to sell me anything I do not need. He always have answers to my questions, and always ready to help. He is what makes owning and driving a Suburban the ultimate experience. I drove 325 miles to have Vandergriff service my vehicle. There is a dealership here in Bay City TX but did not feel comfortable with allowing them to work on my truck
