I only gave 1 star because I had to . Worst experience ever ! I put my trust and hard earned money into Vandergriff Chevrolet. 2 months after purchasing vehicle cash money & it started making a clicking noise . When I get time I finally take it to get looked at in the service center of this establishment. I was told it has impact damage on front wheel of some sort and need new tires . Watch out for the 3k in dealer add ins. Wish someone had mentioned this before running my credit. Don't even ask about delivery unless you're wanting to pay $1900 to Waco, not California!
Adding $3190 on to the cost of every vehicle for tint and lo jack is highway robbery. You should be ashamed. I will not buy a truck from you.

I waited 15 minutes for a service advisor to check me in for an oil change. He said it would be done in 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Over two hours later I went to find out what was going on. A man said he would find out. It was down, right outside the door. He didn't have the paper work but said I could take the car. To wait an hour or more for an oil change is hardly speedy, but over two hours is not acceptable. That is especially true when the car was done!
Jeff is the reason I came back to Vandergriff to buy a vehicle. He was compassionate, understanding, and provided the effort needed to earn my business. Clint Taylor is a true asset to Vandergriff. Salesman was very helpful. Finance officer was too aggressive and pushy. He kept answering the survey questions with “right” about his “excellent” service. Not good.
Found a vehicle matching the features I was looking for. Pre qualified with Capital One Auto Financing and printed out the page for the vehicle from the dealership's web site. Visited the dealership and gave the salesman the print out. After sitting for a few minutes we were informed that the vehicle had sold in an auction 30 days prior. It was still on the premise but loaded on a truck for the buyer. I brought my truck in for a oil change came back to pick it up and oil life wasn't reset got home looked under the truck and had oil dripping from plug , not sure if they changed the filter , and had oil from hose all over front of truck .
