This is the most unethical dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They falsely advertise prices online and then try to add “dealer fees”. Then when you call them out on it, the suddenly drop the fees. Then they also lie to you. They’re rude. Zero professionalism. They were “holding a car” for me and suddenly they came up with a reason not to sell it to me. It’s either because they discriminate against LGBTQ people or they found someone to pay more. Either way, they have no integrity. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I recently called to setup an appointment to bring my car to receive a diagnostic, as something was wrong with my AC. When I called I was told not to make an appointment, just bring it. My husband dropped my car off on Friday and was told that no one will be able to look at it until the following Friday. I asked my husband if there was anything that they could do, because we would be out of a car for a week before they would even begin to fix it. I had my car serviced today for a tire rotation and oil change, although the technician was very friendly and nice I felt rather perplexed and sad seeing so many people not wearing mask and not practicing social distancing. None of the technicians had on mask or gloves and were all walking around like it was a normal day. I asked if my car would be disinfected once they where done and I was offered a disinfectant service for $60. Darren the sales person was phenomenal. Internet sells personel can use a course on professionalism and to avoid using dismissive terms when addressing new customers. T finance personnel that Darren had to speak to me left more to be desired from a business and interpersonal standpoint. He was condescending and possibly misleading to say the least. Man these dudes are full of xxxxxxxx I drove all the way to Dallas (2hrs) for nothing I could've stayed in Killeen they low balled me on my trade in. It was so low it was disrespectful. The car was nice and clean. If you live far don't waist your gas.

gave them 5 stars when i bought my truck,but now with my 1st service experience it has dropped. i have brand new 2019 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ that has a leak in back windows when it rains. i called service to setup an appointment only to have TANYA tell me its will be a $149 charge to get it looked it. im telling her its brand new with a 36k mile bumper to bumper warranty.
