First experience was great. Second not so much. Bought a new Camaro. Was told a price and Signed the paper agreeing to it. Manager comes out to apologize because the price was wrong. I’m currently trying to buy a truck but the salesman still hasn’t gotten back to me. I was to get a blind bid on my car and he was to call on a specific vehicle with details. That’s was many hours ago. I guess they are not real concerned about repeat customers.

Bait and Switch / False Advertising. Vandergriff Chevrolet advertised 2 Chevrolet Camaros at their I-20 location in Arlington, TX at a specific price and including VIN number. When we got there, they said they have the cars, but they just entered their loaner program so they're not actually for sale; HOWEVER, they said they could sell that car to us for MORE than advertised or could sell us A DIFFERENT car for MORE than advertised. Bad, rude service representative...Cody I'm surprised at the good reviews you have gotten, maybe you don't post the bad ones. We took our 2017 LTZ to have the brakes looked at, trouble since purchase Feb 2017. Lies, Lies, and Rudeness We didn't enjoy our visit to this lot on 7/3/2018. It started while we were getting a bite to eat. I sent an Email to Dylan (Internet Department) that we were headed his way in a few minutes, but I got no response, Dylan had sent me a quote for a Chevy Trax LT earlier in the week. Lies to get you in the door First I called around 9 A.M. and spoke to a Stanton Lee, gave him the stock number I was interested in told him I had financing already approved for exactly $27,000 so I could not go a penny over (truck was listed for $27,700) and if the truck was ready and as advertised I would be making the purchase if Vandergriff was willing to make a deal to which he said that shouldn’t be a problem and could he please have it ready to go as to not drag out the process so we made a 5:15 appointment.
