I'm still waiting on a call back from the service department but no one has contacted me yet. I'd also left a message with the receptionist to pass along to the manager and no one yet has contacted me. Great people but some are NOT doing their job and this has been a recurring problem. With the start of my hand-controls, I will continue to have patience because I believe you guys will fix the problems..
