Our technician, Charlie, was great. He took care of the issues we brought his attention, but also found corrosion on the battery and serviced thst problem, plus he searched out discounts on the overall work performed. Excellent!!

Service Advisor Billy was great. Provided up-date on progress. Only suggestion is, although service center is not a detail shop and not saying to clean whole car, a little curtesy of vacuuming the front floorboard would be nice prior to releasing the car.
