Extremely fast paced, dont slow down to discuss anything with you. Ran my credit like 3 times, and somehow just when I was signing the papers told my interest rate would go up. Very scripted salesman, and only care about making a sale and nothing else.

I had an appointment and still had to wait 4 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. There was no update given to me I had to ask and even then it was just an answer just to tell me something because I still sat longer just waiting.

serves it was ok but they tell me they will do flush when they will change the transmission oil but they did not and they take 4 hours to get it done also, the next day I found the power steering wheel leaking badly the next day after the serves done. I was expecting more than that from honda and fix not destroy stuff.

They left nuts all over the floor not sure if the air bag was properly installed. Also I was told tires look good but they were really bad I had new set in the back of the car.

Terrible service. Made us wait 4.5 hours when told it was going to take 2 to 3 hours. No communication to update status. Had free oil change coupon and that was the only reason i went there. Also entered the mileage in the system incorrectly by 20,000 miles

If I could rate the service I received at Vandergriff Honda any lower than one star I would. I decided to give myself a few days to see if it was even worth posting, but I still am just as upset and confused as I was on Monday. I took my car in for service on Saturday at 10 am on 11/9/19. Long story short they finished with my car on Saturday and no one let me know and I spent a weekend without a car. full review will be posted on Google, yelp and anywhere else I can think of.
