Bought a maintenance service package but ended up paying the service.

Had to take our Honda Odyssey to get some technical issues fixed. When we went to go pick it up, it was OBVIOUS that our rear bumper had damage to it. Either someone backed it up into something or someone hit it. They apologized and said they had no idea there was damage. Our car was taken to another shop to get fixed. It was probably the WORST job I have ever seen done. The person who helped me was rude and unfriendly. First she asks me to speak up then when I do she gets an attitude because now I'm too loud for her. Maybe if u came up to me with a smile instead of a scowl you would get one in return. Then when I see her laughing with her coworker but not once smiling with a customer. I realize it's not just me. I'm looking for an alternative place to take my car.

My experience at Honda has been ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! & continues to be. The most unprofessional, non caring, money hungry individuals. I continue to wish I never gave them any business & went somewhere where I was valued as a customer as well as my money. I will NEVER return and strongly recommend anyone who would like to purchase a Honda vehicle to please not do so through Vandergriff.

Horrible experience, I scheduled an appointment promptly at 10:15 AM. I arrived at 10:05 AM. Time passed by they kept moving cars and checked other customers in but not me. I overheard some agents checking in customers who did not have an appoinmnt and ignored me. At this point it was past 10:45 so I was very upset. At the end the agent helped did not resolve the maintenance in my car completely. He said itd take too long to comeback later. He offered a car wash coupon.
