Not good peoples. No upfront pricing.Tell you what you want to hear run your credit. Then hit you with a 4,000 mark up. Not because credit bad but because its certified vehicle that they will not give you information on what they did to the car to get a extra 4+ grand

Salesman was good but once I got home I noticed my passenger side mirror was wrapped with tape and if removed the mirror would fall off. I contacted the manager and they told me they'll get back to me with a solution but i never heard back. Text my salesman and he said the manager said it's sold as is. If I knew the mirror was broke i wouldn't have purchased it unless they fixed it. I got a quote from a body shop for 1100 dollars smh.

Took almost 4 hours to have it ready and its was justa an oil change
Took more than 2 hrs Give wrong information to fix the car Leave a part open So I have to go to a outside mechanic to fix it They refused but they opened it The list was given to me to fix the car When I took it to outside mechanic He said it was for wrong car Please teach them how to do their job Have a good day
Worst car buy experience. They hold your car key dont let you leave until you buy a car in this location, unethical selling strategy.
Tires was not rotated because I marked them to make sure they would rotate them. Justin ask me to bring the car back for them to complete but I had a emergency that morning text him to let him know and no response. He said next service would be on Honda so I will see you next service. But after this one if something is wrong I want be back

My wife ask for a diagnostic of her air conditioner which we thought he did but instead he emailed a bill of $2K which we thought he fixed it so she picked it up; so the controls didnt work;she took it back they kept it another 2 weeks the he emailed us another bill for$1300 so we went it and questioned it then he gave us a diagnostic report, for those prices we would have payed for a new air conditioner. They was supposed to do a diagnostic inspection on my air conditioner which they sent me a bill of the inspection$ 2000 so my wife picked it up and controls didnt work right so she too it back and then sent he me another bill of what it would cost to fix it $1300 still I didnt get a total estimate until I started ask questions then they gave me a diagnostic inspection afterwards for the price I could have bought a new a/c for those prices WOW !

Be careful. They list a price the. Hit you with a $5000-7000 extra. The fine print states that is not including anything they paid or did to otro the car. Which is an exaggerating and ridiculous amount for a point inspection.
